Activities and attractions
This floral park is both a teaching garden of the Institut de technologie agroalimentaire campus de Saint-Hyacinthe, and a tourist attraction recognized in horticultural circles for its annual collection, the largest in Québec with 50,000 plants. You will be delight in its 20 thematic gardens, including the all-new "Les Portes du Temps" garden, completed by teachers and PCHO program's students.
"Les Exceptionnelles", a unique garden's project in Québec, winner of a prestigious honnor "Le Mérite horticole" from the Montréal Botanical Garden and of the "Prix du Ministre" of Agriculture Québec, where only ten annuals will merit the "Les Exceptionnelles" title among 240 trial's varieties. Admission : adult $10, student $5, $8,50 for 65 and over (Wednesday only), children $3, 6 years old and under free, family $20. $8,50 per person for group of 20 persons and over. $10 per person for a guided tour for group o 20 people and more. |
